Yampa Valley Medical Associates' Patient Advisory Committee, made up of patients and staff, meets quarterly to provide recommendations for improving our practice.
Its contributions are important in offering a quality experience for our patients. Committee input resulted in waiting room improvements, phone hold and common area music, medication take-back program education, patient portal improvements, patient website improvements, and workflow and process improvements for efficiency.
